Sam Nowak

Sam has had a wide‑ranging career in education, beginning in the classroom before moving into senior leadership across several diverse contexts. He has served as headteacher of a large primary school, executive headteacher across two schools, and as CEO of a multi‑academy trust working across four local authorities in the South West of England.

Alongside his leadership roles, Sam spent three years as an Ofsted inspector, undertaking both school inspections and enhanced SEND inspections. He has led the opening of a new 1FE specialist provision for pupils with ASD and has worked extensively across four London boroughs, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within different communities.

Sam has also delivered consultancy support in curriculum design, teaching and learning, and leadership development, working with schools to strengthen practice and build sustainable improvement. His career reflects a long‑standing commitment to inclusive, ethically grounded education and to ensuring that all children receive the highest quality of provision.
