During our phased growth between 2022 and 2025, we have made extensive use of Trust Partnership Agreements. These are essentially service level agreements between the Trust and a school outlining the school improvement and support services the Trust will provide in exchange for an agreed contribution. Now that our foundational growth is complete we have continued to make use of TPAs and we currently have TPAs with three local schools which are working in close partnership with our community while they consider applying to join us.
We work in partnership with the Ridgeway Education Trust and TeachFirst with a School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT).
This one-year, school based, research-led training programme provides aspirant teachers with plenty of hands-on experience whilst also giving you time to complete the academic elements needed to be awarded the PGCE.
It is an excellent route into teaching and several of our successful graduates have gone on to secure employment in our schools.
