Antoinette Butler-Willis

Antointte was appointed as Safeguarding Lead for the OLA in September 2025.  Antoinette is currently also longstanding Headteacher at South Lake Primary School, which joined the OLA in April 2024. 

Antoinette spent over twenty years as a Primary Headteacher, in a wide range of schools.  Her areas of expertise and interest are inclusion and children in the care of the Local Authority.  She has mentored new school leaders for many years, using a coaching model to identify and nurture leadership in others.  Antoinette has worked for the Local Authority as an adviser and has a history of improving standards in schools for all pupils and leading change through collaborative working.
