Get ready for the Waingels Woodley Run Fest!

Orchard Learning Alliance is excited to share news of a brand new community event coming to Woodley this September - the Waingels Woodley Run Fest!

Taking place on Sunday 27 September, the event is being organised by Waingels School in partnership with Barnes Fitness and the Waingels PTA, bringing together families, pupils, staff and the wider community for a fun-filled day of running, activity and community spirit.

With races for all ages and abilities, there is something for everyone. Participants can choose from a 10K race, 5K race or a 2K children's race. All races will be professionally organised and chip-timed, with runners starting and finishing at Waingels before heading out on a scenic route through Ashenbury Park.

And there is an extra special reason to get involved – the event medal has been designed by a Waingels student.

The event promises to be a fantastic opportunity to get active, have fun and bring the local community together. Alongside encouraging healthy activity and participation, the Run Fest will also raise funds for Waingels School, supporting the school and its pupils.
